David Milstead, a native of Mobile, Alabama, has over 23 years of commercial real estate experience including office, industrial, and retail leasing, consulting/advisory services, feasibility studies, lease analysis, site selection, property acquisition/disposition services and corporate services.
Ranked as a top producer with Insignia/ESG and Grubb & Ellis in Atlanta, Milstead worked with major corporations including Arthur Andersen, LLP, Twentieth Century Fox, Saint Joseph's H
ealth System, Expanets (a former division of Lucent Technologies), and National Semiconductor Corporation. Milstead has been a corporate services manager representing such corporations as United Healthcare Corporation, Rollins, Answerthink Consulting Group, AirTouch Cellular (Verizon), and Minolta/QMS in different markets across the country. Some of the states Milstead has executed transactions include Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Texas, New York, and California.
Milstead received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University. Milstead received his high school diploma from UMS-Wright.

KIMBERLEY COTTEN
Broker
Cotten joined Milstead & Associates in February of 2009 as the Qualifying Broker. Cotton is a former member
of the Donnie Clark Team of ReMax. They were the Number 5 ReMax team in the state of Alabama in 2007. Cotton was involved in all aspects of residential real estate, listing single family residential and representing buyers as a buyers agent. Cotton was involved in the sales and marketing
of Wilkin's Creek Estates, Garrison Ridge in Spanish Fort, and Sonoma Ridge in Silverhill.
She began her career in real estate with Cunningham, Foley, and Barnes as a licensed assistant to the commercial agents. She assisted with corporate relocations and investor relations.
Cotton also worked in technology sales with Xante Corporation, managing a three state territory. She was consistently ranked top salesman in Platemaker technology and wide format color printing. Cotton has a Master's in Education from Spring Hill
College.
She is a member of the Women's Council of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Baldwin County Association of Realtors, and is active in Business Networking International.
